What we collect, and why.
Two forms, a booking calendar on the contact page, and two analytics tools that load only if you accept them.
Who we are
This site is run by Trellis Work Co., commercial registration 7050442909, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The data controller is Sulaiman Alsalameh. For anything on this page, write to info@aitrellis.sa.
What we collect from forms
The company profile form asks for your name, work email and company, then gives you the profile to download. We use your details to follow up once. No newsletters. We process these details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you.
When a role is open, the careers form asks for your name, email, the role you want, a link and a note. We use them for hiring and for nothing else. We process applications as a step toward a possible employment contract.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Neither loads until you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, neither loads and nothing is sent. To change your mind later, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Google Analytics counts visits and three actions: booking a call, submitting the profile form, and clicking our email address. IP addresses are anonymised. Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and session replays, so we can see where the site is unclear. It masks what you type into form fields.
Stored on your device
Whatever you choose, three small things stay in your browser: your language choice, whether the opening animation already played, and your cookie decision. None of them identifies you, and none of them leaves your browser. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics adds two cookies (_ga and _ga_2875T5FWVK) and Clarity adds two (_clck and _clsk). These four recognise your browser on later visits. Clarity can also set cookies on its own domain, clarity.ms, which only Microsoft can read or remove.
Where your data is held
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft. We use all three under their standard data processing terms. The booking calendar on the contact page is Cal.com. It loads with that page, before any cookie choice, so Cal.com receives your IP address and browser details when you open the page, and the details you enter to book a call, such as your name and email.
How long we keep it
Profile requests are deleted after 12 months. Job applications are kept for 12 months from the application date, then deleted, unless you join us or ask us to keep them longer.
What we never do
We run no advertising pixels and no profiling, and we do not sell or share your data.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@aitrellis.sa and we do it.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Press Cookie settings at the bottom of any page: analytics stops, the four analytics cookies on this site are deleted, and the cookie notice asks you again.
